Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

Thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time. Your cooperation is vital in allowing our team to focus their efforts on keeping your loved ones safe and cared for. We are providing these updates because we believe that transparency is the best policy.

We have received test results showing that one of our residents is COVID-19 POSITIVE. We have isolated the resident to prevent spread of the illness and we have informed all residents, staff members, resident-families, and POAs of the positive test.

We will be testing residents and staff according to CDC and Utah Department of Health guidelines and we will post those results to the webpage.

Other than the resident mentioned above, we have no other known cases of COVID-19 among our residents or staff.

We are in regular contact with the Utah Department of Health and we are following all their recommendations to keep our residents and staff safe from COVID-19.

All staff and essential medical personnel, they are fully outfitted with personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed for their respective duties and we continue to prohibit visitors.

As previously shared, as of Friday, March 13, 2020, all facilities like ours, across the nation, were required to be on restricted access. Since that time, only essential staff who pass a daily medical screening—as required by the CDC—have been allowed in our facility.

We will continue to provide you with updates on this website when we have any new information to share. We also encourage you to contact us directly via email at info@springcreekhc.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your continued support.

Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

Thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time. Your cooperation is vital in allowing our team to focus their efforts on keeping your loved ones safe and cared for. We are providing these updates because we believe that transparency is the best policy.

Today, we received word from a staff member that they tested COVID-19 POSITIVE. The staff member arranged to be tested yesterday, they received the results today, and they will be following quarantine protocols in their own home. We wish them a full and speedy recovery.

We are following all protocols recommended by the CDC and the Utah Department of Health, including notifying patients, patient-families and POAs, and notifying our staff. We are also identifying staff or patients who may have had contact with our staff member, and we are thoroughly sanitizing areas where they worked.

Other than the staff member mentioned above, we have no other known cases of COVID-19 in our facility at this time.
